Played a key role, as CFO, in managing the financial aspects of acquired oil & gas properties totaling over 8,000 acres and 200 oil & gas wells.
- Senior-level business leader with a successful track record of producing tangible results in three diverse industries: high tech, telecommunications and medical devices in the biotech field. Held executive-level positions at Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, CA, Verizon Communications in Ashburn, VA and Alere, Inc. in San Diego, CA.

- Served as President, CEO and CFO of United States Exploration, Inc., a public company engaged in oil & gas exploration, development and operations. During his tenure as president, the Company went from a listing on the “Over The Counter” exchange with approximately $4,000,000 in assets, to a listing on the NASDAQ exchange with over $14,000,000 in assets. The Company last traded publicly on the American exchange with assets in excess of $36,000,000. The Company was purchased by a private entity in February, 2004 for approximately $53,300,000.

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as internet technology.
- Eight years of experience in the energy industry in various capacities from being a facilitator in the acquisition of oil & gas properties/assets, managing acquired hard assets, strategic planning, project management, filling the role of Chief Technology Officer, as well as being an investor.
- Business development consultant, starting in 2010, involved in “packaging” small oil & gas companies and their projects in order to be able to secure funding. Created marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations, developed Excel P&L spreadsheets for oil & gas projects, conducted webinars, setup and managed tours of oil & gas project sites, wrote contracts and agreements, developed business plans and business models, created and managed special purpose investor websites for oil & gas projects, and handled investor relations.

- Handles the public side of the ACQU Energy’s business with an immediate focus on getting the Company’s common stock trading on the OTC-QX. That includes managing consultants who have been hired to facilitate the process of going public, as well as seeing to it that all of the required filings with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) are completed in a timely fashion. Wrote the Company’s business plan and played a key role in establishing the Company’s business strategy and business model.
- Career spans working at NASA in Houston, TX, McDonnell Douglas in Huntington Beach, CA, Hewlett Packard (HP) in Palo Alto, CA, and Computervision in Bedford, MA, where he wrote the world’s first CAD/CAM paper that defined a whole new industry. After leaving corporate America became an entrepreneur and business development consultant working with startup and small companies. Co-founded Entertainment Sciences which developed the world’s first reprogrammable 2D/3D video arcade machine. Co-founded Digi which developed, patented, manufactured, created a 30 minute infomercial at a cost of $350,000, and marketed globally a sports oriented protective eyewear product that was superior to sunglasses.
- Over 35 years of experience as an investor in markets such as energy, real estate, stocks, gold, silver, and wine (first growth French wines such as Château Lafite Rothschild and Château Latour Médoc, as well as Napa Valley wines such as BV, Heitz, Mondavi, Grgich Hills and others). Invested in 30 single family homes.

- Career in the oil & gas industry has been mainly as a top executive in the well service sector or as an owner of a technology company.
- Hired as a consultant by numerous oil & gas companies to direct and manage new well drilling and field development programs.
- Involved as a consultant in over 250 wells from 2008 to 2015. Oil production from them ranged from 3 to 30 barrels of oil per day. Some wells involved a waterflood program.
- Excellent reputation in the industry for being able to execute each step of a drilling program through well completion and putting wells into production.
- Knows how to manage and work closely with geologists and drilling contractors, as well as with cementing and frac companies.
